No Sir, there are in fact NO good news for California.
The proposed regulations were withdrawn because the language used to describe allowed ways to limit normal capacity magazines was even more convoluted and nonsensical than what everybody here is used to, it was simply unresolvable.
They don't care about the constitution or your property rights so that part is not going away, don't kid yourself.
You will destroy or submit your property or you will be deemed a criminal. ( law goe$ in effect july 2017)
Almost two thirds of mentally enslaved Californians have voted for that in prop 63.

The fake stream media insists Russian hackers and the KGB heavily influenced the outcome of the election per the "intelligence community reports "so perhaps we can nullify prop 63 now that the secret is out ???... ... (lol)

In fact more and improved regulations are due to come out very soon

Especially now that governor moonbeam has picked another hater to run the DoJ

After Kamala was sent to D.C. to have some pizza.

I finally encouraged/convinced my son to move out of that state.......he is living a better life while making the same money, not giving it to the government there......I'm just dumbfounded every time I hear about a new gun law there.......I think maybe California is more a threat than Mexico, sorry we my have to box you all in there  ;D ;D

Not really good news but we will take what we can get. I'd be surprised if anyone turns in our standard cap magazines.

I lost all my full caps in a boating accident last summer.  :(
Will work for CZ pics! (including but not limited to all CZ clones)

I have several customers who own a home here in northern AZ for the purpose of buying and storing their firearms here. I feel sorry for gun enthusiasts who live in Commiefornia.

With the other political issues California is either experiencing or causing, I would support wrapping the Wall up along the Colorado River, as well. Good gun people should step East, and the Golden Coast fix itself.
