Case for CZ45/92 (made my own!)

I got my CZ45 loose at a gun show and  I'd like to get an official CZ case to house it in.

For my other "loose" CZs that I've acquired CZ-USA new-style cases (with gold tabs), with the exception of my Vzor 70 which only really fits in the old-style, smaller plain black case.  Doing some research, the Vzor 70 originally came in a cardboard box.

Does anyone know what the factory cases the CZ92s are being provided in look like?

I've tried search on the Internet for photos and videos, but no one appears to have posted what the CZ92 comes in from the factory.

I have never found a pic showing original packaging of the CZ 45, Duo or the Z.
The vest pistols that these are based on were sold with a small padded pistol rug.

Since my CZ45 was getting envious of the nice gold tab factory cases of my other CZs, I decided to make one of my own for it. I started with the smallest MTM Case-Gard, added some gold duct tape to the tabs and worked up the time-appropriate CZ logo in gold on an Avery 6572 permanent ID label.
