Congrats on the shadow. I was able to snag one from Oak Hill on Monday when they came back in stock. Fired 150 rounds through it yesterday. It is definitely smoother/more refined feeling than the Sigs I am use to carrying on duty. I have the CGW ultra lite kit, reduced trigger return spring coming in to see how it improves. Also looked at the internals briefly and looks like more polishing can be done to the trigger bar. Best of luck and enjoy the new Shadow!

I just ordered a bunch of stuff today from CGW (ultra lite kit, production legal hammer kit, reduced power trigger return spring, T1 disconnector, and a 12 lb recoil spring, along with various pins here and there).  I shot mine yesterday for the first time and was surprised at how heavy the DA pull is.  It is smooth but heavy.  I am guessing with these mods and some polishing it should lighten it up extensively.  Thanks for the input...enjoy the gun (i got y from Oak Hill as well)

I tore mine apart and polished the trigger bar in all the areas in schmecky's tutorial. Installed the reduced power trigger spring, 11.5 hammer spring, new firing pin/spring combo and its a whole new gun. What a difference a couple of parts and hand polishing makes. You'll love the gun even more after more polishing the CGW pieces!

I was wondering if any of you guys replaced the front sight.  It seems a bit wide, not sure if anybody else feels that way...i know the front FO on my G34 was more narrow.  anybody change their front sight?  Thanks.
