« on: January 21, 2017, 05:11:04 PM »
I assume that more than a few of you are already aware of the youtube channel Forgotten Weapons. For those who are not i suggest checking it out if you are at all interested in firearms history. I have found many of these videos truly enlightening and enjoyable. There is a new video posted most weekdays and on some weekends.

Ian has produced a lot of really good videos. I especially like the series of videos from the Cody Firearms Museum. I'm going to have to plan a trip out there in the next few years.

Watch "Forgotten Weapons" on www.Full30.com and give your clicks to a pro-gun site instead of yootoob. ;)

I'm a subscriber.

Besides the interesting firearms, I really enjoyed one video he did where he went to a 3-gun competition using WWI gear.

^^If you liked the 3 gun stuff you might want to check out their other channel InRangeTV, more shooing on that channel. It is also available on Full30.com as SpinyNorman mentioned above.

I hate Ian.  He makes me want to spend all of money.  LOL  In all seriousness though, he is a wealth of knowledge and presents it in a manner that actually keeps me interested. Highly recommended.  And check out Inrangetv as well. Ian and Karl do 2 Gun matches with a unique twist.

Didn't know about that channel.  I love it, thanks for posting.

I watch everything Ian does. Great channel.

I'm also addicted to C&Rsenal. They are reviewing the small arms of WWI.

This episode is interesting because they review the Roth-Styer pistol but refer to it as the Roth-Krnka because Krnka did most of the design work. Unless I'm mistaken, Krnka was a major designer at CZ.
