I purchased an upgraded firing pin and detent for my CZ52 some time back, and I also found another site that sold me heavy duty recoil spring. I did not replace the extractor or do anything with the action, sear, etc.. Everything functioned very well for a couple of years. Then while cleaning last week, I noticed an unusual amount of wear on the right side-plate and frame. I kept shooting it this week, and the gun stopped locking open after the last round. Any thoughts on what could be causing the wear and the failure to lock back after the last round?
