I own the P07 & P09 both in urban grey and have shot them in IDPA, ICORE, and USPSA. I now shoot a 75 SP01 and I would not look back. The SP01 with a few minor tweaks is an amazing SSP and Production gun. I even have a hard time recommending a CZ shadow, accu shaddow or shadow target. The reason is for less money you can get a gun that is almost identical and is just as accurate. I know there are alot of guys who think the more custom CZ guns shoot more accurately, but I have seen them all in competition and you can make a SP01 to the point that the there is no real advantage.
The real advantage comes from practice, rounds fired, and practice!
It really depends on what divison you want to shoot and what sport. USPSA the SP01 is the best choice because you can get mecgar mags for cheap. IDPA is a pretty low cost sport because all you need is your gun, holster, 3 mags, and mag pouch. USPSA you need a double belt, 5 mag pouches, 6 mags, and a more expensive drop holster.
I will still shoot my P07, P09 and SP01 depending on the match and what I want to shoot. I am now looking into a p01 omega for CCP for fun in IDPA.
USPSA SP01 with a few parts upgraded is an amazing gun!
