When my son was about 10 yrs old,  I made him a wooden Colt Python complete in details.  Also a Thompson Sub-gun.  ;D

I REALLY liked the looks of those big .357 Pythons.  Sorry I didn't buy one back in the day.

American wheel guns with real wood stocks not the cheesy laminate crap and the original 1911 and 1911A1 before they learned how to ruin the look with beaver tails and skeletonized hammers are my favorites.

Although I'm not a Luger fan the P.08 is my number one when it come to catching the eye. My second is the C96 broom handle Mauser.
