With the right holster/belt combination no issues.
I carry mine in a Highnoon Double Jeporady and find it extremely comfortable.

Alien Gear Cloak Tuck 3.0 makes a RAMI all but unnoticeable to carry, excellent weight distribution, adjustable cant and carry depth, 4 season comfort.  I also have a Blackhawk pocket holster that I occasionally use in the front pocket of 5.11 Tactical pants when I'm just kickin' around the house and yard.  The weight of the RAMI, plus the slide-in-frame design, is of great benefit when shooting it as follow-up shots are much easier to keep on target than flippy plastic single stacks like the LC9.

Most of the time I carry mine in a Remora holster. It's easy. I can't imagine you'd have any trouble with the right holster/belt combination.

Sent from my Mate 9.  Sorry if I missed any misspellings.

I have the "2 holster combo" from Alien Gear.
Cloak Mod OWB and the Cloak Tuck 3.0 IWB depending on what I am wearing and how I want to carry that day.
Both are VERY comfortable and both conceal very well.

I use a Leather Striker with 2 clips for a very stable holster from UBG Holsters and I forget I've even got on me. About $75.00 shipped.

Before my RAMI BD, I carried a 4" 1911 with aluminum frame.  Neither have been an issue with a good holster & belt.  The RAMI is definitely more noticeable than my S&W Airweight, but definitely not uncomfortable with decent gear.  I am still breaking in my FoxX IWB, but I have been happy with it so far.

I've got mine in a stealthgear, IWB at 3:30-4:00. It pulls it in close. Can barely see it under just a t shirt. With a good belt you'll forget it is there

I CCW p-01 with AIWB wing claw JM kydex holster.  14rnds in under armour sweat pant with no problem.  I don't think rami will be an issue with a good holster.

I carry mine in a Ryan Grizzle SSR IWB holster. With a good belt there is no issue.

I carry mine in a Desantis OWB.  Easy to conceal in the winter.

Thanks.  Shoulda went right to their page rather than incrementing through Amazon listings.  Might go for just a basic version ambi for an occasional IWB or pocket option to my normal OWB preferred method.

Another vote for the Remora holster here. Mine's the clip/no-clip model and works great. The RAMI might be a chunky little bugger, but it's still a breeze to carry compared to my old M9/92 FS with two mags (sometimes three!).
