I think I need another compact...Should I get one?

I've got a P-01 OD green but dang if I can't help but think I need another one! I plan to shoot the OD but not much and carry it only on Christmas time and on Anniversaries 

With that said I'm thinking about getting a PCR as a real work horse for daily carry! No rail to deal with for carry sounds nice. Then I'd probably have to install the CGW Pro kit, darn.

So should I do it?

Some of us have already done it, maybe recently, maybe years ago....and maybe more than once.

The easy answer is yes!  I have an OD P01 and recently added an SP01 Compact and a Compact 75B in .40.  I also have a 75B Compact in 9mm and a 40P and am contemplating picking up a PCR.  You can never be satisfied with just one.

If you can honestly afford it, then get what you know you want.  You don't need us to help justify your purchase.  Asking us if you should by another CZ is pretty much a rubber stamp.  Heck, we'll talk you in to one that you don't even want.

I so prefer non railed guns and have no intention of hanging stuff from my gun but .. I am actually going the other way. I now have the p07 and the 75 steel compact and am lusting after something bigger. Been looking hard at the full size 75b. I love the classic good looks. Every now and again the p09 jumps in my brain but I have trouble falling in love with plastic so a 75 full size just might find its way to my closet.

I really struggle at the point of a full sized pistol for a civilian. Too big to carry and a terrible choice for home defense IMO. However the SP01 is unreal.

I've owned a lot of CZ's over the years, just recently sold off all my compacts in favor of the several full size models I have, and seem to keep adding too.  Its kind of a personal choice, but based on experience as well....the full size shoot "better" all things considered.  The steel frame, the longer barrel, larger grip. longer sight radius... all add to the feel of the full size CZ...I do all my own work on them so everyone I get has various levels of upgrades.....if you have compacts you owe it to yourself to try a full size, you may be surprised how much you like it. If you have to have a rail, the SP01 is the obvious avenue......I would stongly suggest a classic frame first and later a rail style......enjoy the journey
