No cover garments? Was it a standards stage or MD decision due to heat?

Regardless, looks like you are running the SP01 well.

With new rules for IDPA which relaxed the weight issues and such, I configured a custom Shadow SP01 with a magwell and run it in ESP. It is the best ESP gun ever, in my opinion. It's at 42.7 oz.

Interesting because most people would say the best ESP gun is a double stack 2011.

Shadow Target II would work in ESP and you would pick up adjustable sights. That would be my preference for a ESP gun. Since I shot an Automatic Accuracy tuned SP01 in SSP

Hmmm. I don't really disagree. I think we are picking nits here, these are all great guns.    The CZ Shadow is such a great gun, it's the recent change that allows it into ESP with a magwell that prompts the recent discussion.   Yes, I see lots of 2011s at matches.  That said, 2011s do fit my hand like a CZ.   Adjustable sights....yes, if those are desired.  I've actually never used those on a comp gun....do you find that useful for adjusting to different POI from changes in loads?   My current Shadow with the magwell just squeaks in the IDPA box. With adjustable sights, they are often a bit higher profile and it might not fit without some work.

The cz shadow is a phenomenal gun and I am working on getting one built by Automatic Accuracy right now. I just am shooting SSP right now, but would love to shoot something different in ESP down the road. Most shooters view the 2011 as the perfect ESP gun, but as a shooter who has all cz handguns. I would prefer a shadow or shadow target II. The adjustable sights are great if you are reloading and can adjust for 147 loads vs 124.  I just wish the weight limit was higher, so I could shoot a shadow 2 since that is what I am thinking about getting for USPSA production.

I know Atlas gunworks is working on making the ultimate cheater IDPA esp double stack 2011 right now.  http://atlasgunworks.com/
