Just 1 issue I forgot to mention in my first post, the new RAMI I got yesterday did have malfuction of Double Action after I tested it at home. The dealer had 2 new RAMI, I picked this one because the trigger is lighter, however, I did notice during the comparison that this one has very weak feel of reset or the sound of reset is very light compared to the other one. It seems like they have some quality control issue with RAMI, which seems a big surprise to me as I have 4 other CZs and all are very reliable from the very beginning.
The symptom is: when i pull the trigger in double action, the hammer will not be push all the way back, it will slip 1/3 of the process and strike back, sometimes it will not even engage the hammer. Did some quick research online, some folks has similar issue of their Sp-01 after several 1000 rounds, but mine is brand new
. I took the slide off, and carefully observe the trigger bar action, I found out if I lift the trigger bar with my other finger, it will work nicely, then I notice the trigger bar support spring (highlighted by orange circle) is not even touching the trigger bar, which cause the trigger bar too low to lift the disconnector hence fail to push the hammer. By knowing the root cause I bend the two legs of the support spring and make them pushing the trigger bar up. DA returns to normal with $0 cost, reset sound is crisp, life is good
