Looking at pictures of newer (2018) tactical sport orange pistols I've noticed that in addition to going back to the older TS style trigger guard (thicker/wider) I'm not seeing the "CIP" over "N" proof stamp on the frame, slide and barrels.  I have some older full size CZs (2015/16) that have 3 proofs marks- frame, slide & barrel

Anyone know the reason for this?

I don't have a reason but I can say my 2016 PCR does have the CIP but my 2018 SP-01 Tactical does not.

Maybe our 2018 models were build specifically for export.

That “for export” to non-CIP markets might well be barking up the right tree.
