Doesn't someone make a +3 magazine follower?

Maybe I'm thinking of a different gun, but I thought I saw a +3 magazine base and follower.  While I LOVE living in the mountains, living in this mildly communist state does have its challenges. I have 2 steel lipped mags waiting to be shipped from Prepper, but the kind folks over there have reminded me that after July 2013 I can't be trusted with any mag made after said date with anything more than 15 rounds.

So I'm looking to purchase several 10 round mags and install the now mythical +3 round base on to comply with the stupidity being served up around here. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks! I knew I'd seen them.  Too bad I didn't include that in my Switchback grip that is going to arrive tomorrow...
