New TriStar/Canik Products Coming

I posted on a thread a little while back about being disappointed in the Tristar support going down, especially right after I purchased a P120 just to do all the CGW work! Nice to see them respond to their customers and I will be making my orders soon enough!

I went out and bought an S-120 because I figured a P-120 wouldn't compare to my SP-01 and I am currently 75b less so it all worked out. Are you guys planning on doing hammer kits that will keep these guns production legal?

     I was excited about a production legal hammer too and then realized why their hammer for CZs is legal. It's available on the custom shop guns from the factory if I'm not mistaken (As a CZ Custom Hammer). Therefore it's a 'production' part...unfortunately, with my take on the rules, since it's a visible part and not offered on the Tristar/Canik from the factory it would NOT be production legal.

     I imagine you could slide by in local matches but it would be a no-go at a major or area match. I may be way off here and we can hope.

We get some barrel bushings on 5-3-17 for the full size guns.  They will be on the website in the next 5-7 days. 

Single action only triggers will be cut on 5-5. 

Hammer kits are waiting a special screw for the sear adjuster, should have these in the next 2 weeks.

I just saw today that my barrel bushing is missing from my t-100 which has been in the safe. Will you guys be getting any of those?

Do any of the existing spring upgrades fit the Tristar models? You have a whole kit listed on the website in the Tristar section; but when I inquired about it I was told it doesn't work.

 Hammer springs, trigger return springs, recoil Springs and the firing pin block spring all work for sure. A lot of the CZ 75 and SP01 parts are direct fit or pretty close unless you are talking sears, hammers and barrels.
 I have had good luck with my P120 with CGW parts for everything to fix me up for USPSA.

SPGK1 3 piece spring kit  blue 13# works beautifully in my c100 and I also put a heavier recoil spring from CZ ordered through midway (20 lb because I saw a lot of guys say that the CZ compacts were under sprung and the canik wound wire looked rough at the ends were clipped and was gouging the cerakote in the recoil guide rod hole) only issue was the slide outran an SP01 18 round mag that is 5 years old and has been kept loaded for probably 2 or 3 of those. New mag spring and 100%. I'm sure schmeky's reduced spring would work well for target loads.

 Will the regular cz sear spacer work for removing the firing pin block as well?
