P-01 trade

I have an offer from a guy to trade my Shield 9mm without safety and 4 extra mags (6 total, 2 from the original gun + 4 extra I bought for $20 a pop) for his P-01, Kydex holster and three mags......should I jump on it?

Considering the current rebates on new Shields, you should be ripping his arm off shaking hands on that deal.

You can buy a new Shield and all those mags and still have enough left over to buy a bunch of ammo

Do it now...that's a killer trader considering what the shields are selling for now. That's even a better trade than my recent Shield trade for a pristine 75b.

picked it up today. he was a really laid back guy. Just worked construction out in BFE Arizona (had to do an hour and a half round trip to meet him) and wants something to stick in his pocket instead of a full size compact.

he couldn't find the third mag (it was a mec gar one, the 2 that it came with were the factory CZ mags with baseplate) so he tossed me a $20 to even it out since that's all a mec gar mag costs on average online. He had put on Dawson fiber fronts, installed a SS or Aluminum (can't tell which) guide rod, had the internals all polished including the hammer. for my shield and 4 extra mags, I don't think I did too bad.

he said about 450 rounds through it, and while I always take that "low round count" with a grain of salt, I don't see major wear anywhere that would make me thing he blasted the !@## out of it
