EAA Customer service is excellent

Had questions about correct parts to fit my Mossad. While this gun predates their witness line, they checked it out and replied promptly Was even able to talk to someone as they provided their  number and extension and when I  called they actually  answered the phone. WOW!

In the past, I've not had trouble getting Tanfoglio parts from them.

Yeah, I have been using EAA's website .  Asking questions, and getting good answers for my guns age , and downloads for its user manual.

I messaged a guy in Italy , getting his thoughts on Tanfoglio.  He said " Tanfoglio is a serious make and highly approved in Italy.

Yep!
 many people only know them as EAA  not Tanfoglio.
 IF I remember right they are second largest Italian manufacture behind Beretta.
I own 3 of them and am pleased with all three, they at all odd calibers at two 38 Supers and a 10 MM.
lots of bang for the buck in my opinion, and the service has always been very good for me.

EAA is not Tanfoglio.
Tanfoglio is the manufacturer of the firearms in Italy.
EAA is the importer of Tanfoglio firearms in Florida.

And EAA's customer service can be very spotty.  I've seen both ends.
Best of luck dealing with them.
