Picked up my DW Specialist Commander today. Very impressed. Will be taking it out for its maiden voyage to the range on Mon. Just finished cleaning it and lubing heavily with FP10.

The Specialist didn?t disappoint- ran 100 rds today, lubing at the 50 rd mark. No sluggishness or malfunctions and accuracy was top notch. My friends joined me at the action pistol bay where we ran a simple stage. I let them shoot it and they too were as impressed as I am with the quality the DW exudes.

Will run it again for another 100 rds next week if I can. Very, very impressed with this gun and glad I bought this particular model.

One of my friends is trying to figure out how to justify buying one to his wife now......

Another good day w/ my Specialist. Ran 200 trouble free rounds through it today. 300total down the pipe thus far. Am very impressed with it and am glad I got it.  Only down side is I now recognize I waited too long to get on the DW bandwagon
