I have the alloy .40 RAMI, the 9m Shield and a G42 (there about the same size as a G43. The G43 is the easiest to carry. I carry it in a little pocket holster and carry it in my pocket. The Shield is nice and slim and is the next easiest and the RAMI is last. It is much more chunkier than the first two.
