Indoor Practice 50'
« on: June 22, 2017, 02:04:00 AM »
Weekly routine indoor practice. 50' one hand sustained fire 10 shots in 15-30 sec. No strict time keeping, just building, maintaining muscle memory and trigger finger moving. Using cheapest ammo that is accurate enough for 50'. Not my match ammo. Some days the groups are smaller, but those are a good representation of average groups.

Box of 22. entire 50 rounds. There were a second target with another box of ammo look similar.

Half of box of 45ACP 25 rounds. Practice reloads with low smoke and the cheapest bullets.

I didn't take a picture of box of 9mm shot. Looks very similar.

Very nice!  More inspiration for me to figure out how to do that at 25 yds first.

Very impressive!  My one-handed groups are twice as large at half the distance!

I don't think I could keep it all on the target at that range one handed :|

Here is the old 30-40+ rounds practice group shot at 50' with free pistol. For comparing.
Free pistol is sighted in for longer distance and aim is at 6 o'clock, so POI is lower on 50' target, but this is irrelevant for practice session, so i don't correct sights. Too bad that rapid fire is difficult with single shot pistol with set trigger. :o
