I think that, in Tennessee, that a weapon must be in a holster to be legal carry.  This includes pocket carry.  If you have a holster in that pocket, you are good to go.  Of course, I could be wrong.

I never really carried the Rami like that so I never looked to see if I legally need a holster for pocket carry in my state. This would basically be open carry like this haha.
