The stainless model will have an ambidextrous safety and usually rubber grips with phillips screws, unlike those wood grips that look to be the BOMB, but feel is a personal thing. Also the stainless versions usually have a more upswept beavrtail. Maybe a Nickel or Chrome plated standard CZ75B?
I couldn't see the price tag in the photo, but BUY IT!
On second thought, if the owner just sanded and polished the coating off of a plain old carbon steel CZ75B and slapped some nice grips on it, then run away.
