Hey There I'd love to find out what my rights are with my CZ Skorpion EVO 3 S-1 Pistol configuration.  My mane is James Clark living for just a few more months here in fairfax VA , we are mmoving. Around a little after this coming Christmas, what I am super interested if you could work on soupping up these rad  rifles with like SBTACTICS BRACES THE "SBTEVO" is what's I would love !  And my friend, if you can't happen to sort out what kinda of work I'd be looking too, I would totally trust some of your friends throwing on a SBTEVO brace on the end of my scorp.

Looks like the guy posted in Dec about filing a form 1 to SBR a Scorpion. Perhaps he just got it back or was declined, and is now looking for a brace?

  soooo yehyearrrrrr... My bad all, really truly, my Apologies!!   I went out on the town with a proper group with friends of both my girl's side and some other crazies, mean that with love haha, anyways, to make this ridiculous post I threw up last night here by RaizdByWolvz...with all honesty I RaizdByWolvz was too hammered to type, seriously my apologies 🙏 

I did post on this forum regarding doing a form 1 and asked how long it may take turnaround time on my cz Scorpion Evo S1.  Since then,been 9 months now I cancelled my Form 1 with the ATF, my patience for waiting to properly spit lead was running thin.   What I have done in the meantime is look into the SBTEVO Brace and I know it's not an SBR gun but the way everyone is speaking on these new braces with the new BATFE Doing a new open letter responses to this whole legality of shouldering an SBR.   Oh, and not discounting me out as total D bag haha..🤦🏻  I'll be locking the ol' tele in the lock box next time I come home that messy 🤡  Thanks and sorry again everyone!

Mine is braced with the KAK blade with czcustom folder adaptor and it works great. Now these days plenty of better options. I understand what your saying now so I will say this embrace it shot it and see how it does. You may find you hate the brace, and you may love it as I do. Very functional with the brace.

What the letter stated was that if you accidentally put the the brace to your shoulder or did so in self defense you would not be a felon. The specific statement being that incidental, sporadic or situational "use" of the brace at or near the shoulder does not constitute redesign of the weapon.

However, it goes on to state that putting a brace on the end of a buffer tube at a length that limits its use as a brace, removing the strap or arranging the brace in other ways that limit its use as a brace, and then fire it from the shoulder means you have made an NFA firearm.

Thanks for the insight guys, and yeah I was almost there 9 months and I cancelled ouch!  When I thought about it since I'm moving out west soon and I do travel often it would make more sense to me personally for my situation to just get a brace for the Scorp especially makes sense to me now that braces aren't considered making it an nfa item.  I am going to go with a Tailhook with the cheekrest, looks amazing!
