There's no place like CZForum...
« on: November 08, 2005, 02:54:18 PM »
I keep telling myself that I will not re-visit a couple of the     "OTHER"    forums.  I'm sure you know the ones to which I refer.  They've been around a long time.   From now on, I've made a little bet with myself to just read the stuff I require and not post there.  They have some real  a_ _ holes and annoying personalities that just bring out the worst in me.   Thank Goodness for the level heads and camaraderie here at the CZ Forum.

This is certainly one of my favorites.  I have my own forum as well as moderating and administrating several others, but in the end,  I have narrowed it down to my favorite four.

I visit this one and King polymers the most because you can get an honest opinion instead of brand wars or gun snobery. I guess I vist three normaly and a fourth once in a while.

Yeah, I have to agree...  I just started looking into other forums for other brands of guns, and you have to sift through tons of pointless, self-congratulatory brand-worship just to find any actual information about the guns.  All everyone wants to do is repeat how much they love X brand guns... Actually, now that I think about it, such behavior sounds a bit like ovecompensation, no?

I love CZs and Rugers because they have given me years of trouble-free service, and have cost far less than other
'spendy' guns that didn't work so well for me.

Since i'm disabled and can no longer work. I have no friends
to speak of around me..and therefore value my brothers and sisters of CZF. Not to mention, the fine people at Ruger and
CZUB/USA!

Yo Kev!   I luv my CZ's and Rugers too.  I get kinda uneasy if I have less than a half dozen or so Z's.  Gosh, it hurt to part with one just recently (sniff, sniff..grown man wipes nose and eyes)   But, I'm already contemplating another.  It's like a Ramblin' Fever....   Ain't no kind o' cure for my DiCZease

Kev:

As far as handguns, I only own CZ's and Rugers and I got into Rugers for Cowboy Action Shooting--I'm still waiting on CZ to get into revolvers with their Dan Wesson line, a single action would be sooooo cool.

You know you got compadres here to visit with, kid with, and help out in any way we can. We all share the same passion and that makes us all brothers.
