Going back to when it all started.....Czechoslovakia 1992, first year of production for the Compact with the dual spring recoil system.

Edit: added photo from Pazdera book showing the initial serial production.

So which grip screw to get.   Compact or SP-01?  This is a 99021 with a rusty grip screw head.  Since I?m taking pictures today.

All 99021s are good looking pistols but ejb1975's hard chrome 99021 is one of the best looking 75 Compacts I have ever seen. WOW!

Man that's a beautiful CZ!! I hate to ask, but could you post more pictures of the frame? Did you have any pinholes or imperfections that carried through the casting into the hard chrome?

I only have a couple other pics handy on my phone,  i had a couple pin head six imperfections that came through. They are very small and you?d really have to be looking for them.  I have a pre b that came out of hard chrome with no imperfections.
