Hi there! Got an SP-01 a few weeks ago, and was referenced to this site from a YouTube video.
I had gone to the store with a friend who was buying a .22lr 1911, and I got bored waiting for him to fill out paperwork and one of the employees did a "wine tasting" for me. We'd just finished shooting a Glock at their range, and I hated the grip and the weight distribution a lot and asked if there were any better semi-autos. The employee took me through a couple of guns seeing what I did and didn't like about each one and said "I think I have something you'll like.." and put the CZ in front of me. I come from an Army family and was like "Ew, a commie gun?" But I was filling out my paperwork almost as fast as I could set the gun back in its case. I've got a S&W 586 as my completely unmodified revolver, and the CZ is my "tinkering" gun - I've changed the sights, hammer, and trigger on it, and it's been a ton of fun at the range. Picked up the Kadet2 recently and I've been putting that through its paces as well.

I've got the CGW Old Style Trigger, Comp Hammer, and Adjustable Sights. I've put about 500 rounds through it so far and it's a lot of fun to shoot, and a lot of fun to take apart... except for that darn trigger pin.
