Bren Pistol and the folding stocks application

Just grabbed a  Bren pistol for an SBR project. 

There is a 2015 and 2016 'model' on the CZ USA website on the stock listings.  One has a flash hider, one does not.

Does anyone know off-hand why there is any difference in these stock kits?
