That's likely too long to fit behind the rear sight.

The 455 rear sight can be removed, and screws put in the holes.
I had the right to remain silent...

but not the ability.

It's actually not bad, but then all 3 of my rimfires are of the Military Trainer types with the European humpback stock designs.  It would seem that it would throw the cheek weld all out of whack but it doesn't.  My mainest concern was clearing the rear barrel mounted sights.
