Laser bore sighter doesn't work !!

I bought an SSI Sight-Rite 9mm laser bore sighter.
It does not work in a CZ P-07, the slide will not close all the way. Which results in the laser dot  Being about a foot-and-a-half above the site @ 25'.
I know my sites not off high or low. just left or right.
Just wanted to give you guys a heads up if you thought about buying one.
If anybody has used one in a po7 or po9 with success please let me know what it is.

Wish I had known you were buying one. I could have saved you some money. 95% of the time our optic cuts are within about 3-5" of zero as they come back from us. Some much closer than that - like within an inch or so.

I wanted to fix the rear sight on my po7 it came loose and just about came out I wanted to get it back right Plus use it on the PO 9 when the slide gets here probably within the hour.

And I also need to mention that raining brass and Primary Machine milled my slide on my P-09 for my Vortex Viper in three days, and from the time the post office took my package to the time I'm getting it back which is within 1 hour from now it took 11 days total. RB & PM you are awesome!!!!!

Well I got a chance to get out with my P09 with the new Vortex Viper RDS.  put 200 rounds through it. Primary machines did a great job and the gun functions perfectly and the RDS is in the slide so tight I don't think you could put a hair between it and the milled Edge. With the Vortex Viper first shots were Within an inch of POA-POI. With the red DOT I can definitely see where I'm aiming much faster than with the iron sights and also how "shaky " I am, forces me to be a better shooter. Still all shots drawn from the holster are within a 6 inch Circle at 25 ft. Besides all the internal mods I've done to this pistol the RDS is the best investment I've made. Definitely a huge Plus for us older guys with old eyes, I highly recommended to those 50 and older.

I'll have to give it a try Joe , couldn't do it today I was up my neighbor he's got a small range with a hill behind it but I'll have to get up to the big County range . I'd be happy if I could hit a sheet of plywood at that distance. LOL

Hey Joe, is your RDS a 2 or 3 moa , cuz mine is a 6. Mine may be a little tougher at longer distances, takes up too much of the target.
