P07 Kadet Pistol----what ammo
« on: November 19, 2017, 04:58:29 PM »
Hey there,

I just placed an order with my gunsmith for a CZ75 P07 Kadet Pistol.
If it comes anywhere near the P07 and it`s trigger, I will be one very happy bunny.

But knowing the KAdet is .22 and can be somewhat ammo picky, I would just whant to ask what type (brand and type) ammo works best with it.

HV ammo, standard velocity....jacket no jacket

There are not really to many youtube videos of the P07 Kadet out there yet, so no real input on that side.

Would be happy for some input on this.

Thank`s for he reply.

I`m quite surprised that there is only one reply, though.

What I have seen until now on youtube is that HV seems to work best, but that is mainly on the P07 Kadet conversion kit, not on the Kadet Pistol itself, if there are any major differnces.

It seems, that the P07 Kadet Pistol, as package is not sold everywhere, so there is not much input to find on it.

I guess I will not get around testing lots of disserent types of ammo, Winchester, CCI, Magtech, S&B, American Eagle.

If there is anybody out there, that has some further info, please pass it on.

Curious where your GS is ordering the whole pistol from. Haven?t heard of the whole pistol being sold in the states, just the Kadet Kit for the P07. Not doubting, just actually curious.

On all my 22lr pistols HV seems to work best especially during break in.
I have a P-07 Kadet Kit and really like it. I believe I got mine from Bud's Gun Shop.

I've tested both of them with ?guila Super extra HV and SV..
For me the P-07 22 LR isn't a Kadet kit..
Kadet and Kadet 2 kits are all steel.. The P-07 isn't engraved like Kadet and the alumimium construction doesn't compare with all steel Kadet 1 ir 2 kits..

Never mind, read some of your older posts and saw you live in Germany.
The whole pistol isn?t here in the states, that?s why you don?t see many if any posts about it.

Good luck with the new pistol.
And let us know what you think about it.
