Does anyone on the forum have any experience with this pistol? S.O.G. has them for $129 and my lgd has them for slightly more. Are they worth the money or a waste of time and money?

Yeah.  Don't let the low price entice you.  These are crude guns with few redeeming features.  (A few owners will defend them, but compared to a Bulgarian Makarov, they are bad news.)

The few I've seen, handled, and the one I've shot, had horrible double-action triggers.

For a few bucks more you can get a used .22 for plinking or a Kadet Kit for one of your CZs.  If you want a small concealed carry gun, look at the Kel-Tec P3AT.

PA-63?  I wouldn't go there.

Worse than a PPK for Hammer and Slide Bite.  Spend your money elsewhere!

If you want the 9 x 18 Mak cartridge in a reliable and very well built pistol then find yourself a CZ 82 or CZ 83.  Much, much better than the PA63 and the price, especially for the CZ 82, is not that much more.

Thanks guys. I'll just skip that one. Looks like a good reason to look at adding another CZ.:D

I had one, $115 at the time. Crappy sights, but it was reliable!  Shot about 1000 rounds through it and it did what it was supposed to do, horrible trigger and all!  Ammo=$5/box.  As a gun to have in a situation where you might need one and don't want to beat up your other guns, it works...
