Excellent Turn Around Time For CZ-USA Warranty Service

Sent my P-10 for warranty service repair on November 10th and received it back today, December 1st. They originally quoted me 4-6 weeks but it only took 22 days from start to finish. Very happy with the repair work and the time frame.

Great to hear. Thanks. I pick up my new PO7 next week. I?m returning to CZ platform after a 7 year hiatus. Went over to Glock now back in the CZ world.  The better CZ ergos for me among other things.  Customer service is a big deal when investing in a platform.

Welcome back to the Light...we have better cookies. :) The P-07 is better than ever, and many members here can tell you what a sweet pistol you're getting. ;)

I don't get it???? It took CZ over 6 weeks to fix my cross threaded grip bushing. The pistol was brand new when I sent it in.

Maybe it's just me? XS sights has had my slide for a 1911 for almost 4 months. It should have been returned 6-8 weeks ago.
