Bought the gun today! The Perceived Recoil Is Very Pleasant (no comparison with Walther .380 PPK/S).
The only slight issue, despite having a pretty solid grip with elbows somewhat locked, is that several times in approx. 50 rds, the hammer was not cocked when the slide recoiled, then closed (again) into battery.
This was with new Russian Monarch ammo, 115 gr. bullets.
Will try some US-made ammo next. If it still happens, the prev. owner (Israeli instructor Ben Goldstein), who is keeping his other CZ P 01, can solve the puzzle.
sigken:
I gave him an extra $40 for good faith. Both of these small classes--my very first with handguns-- each cost $275 per session.
Just now, for the first time I watched two of his videos: Ben Goldstein, Youtube: "Israeli Combat Tng.com".
