There's a second one on there for $340 as well. Supply of these .32's seems to have slowed down but there's at least 1-2 per week listed still.

I think this batch of surplus CAI brought in has really quashed the demand on these for the time being. Some of these surplus .32's are taking a couple days to sell at sub-$400 prices. A year ago if one of these were listed it wouldn't have lasted more than an hour or two. When these first started showing up 3-4 weeks back the first batch of 10 or so guns were all gone within a day.

I am really interested in seeing how or if this batch of surplus will affect the auction prices of the CZ-USA commercial guns. Those .32's imported by CZ-USA always seem to go between $750-1000 depending on how hot the bidding gets. There hasn't been one of those listed since these surplus guns started trickling in.

One of those on GB says its 32 but barrel in pic says 9 browning which is 380
When did it change from "We the people" to "screw the people"?

Why use 911 when it's faster to use 1911 or 9mm?

I have been 'bragging' about my CZ82 and CZ83 pistols to my shooting buddy for more than five years.  He has been impressed with the feel and accuracy, but had resisted their siren call (CZ82 - a whole new cartridge and a bit too snappy in the recoil;  .380ACP CZ83 - nice, but way heavier than his Glock 42) until the first time he shot one of the CZ83 pistols chambered in .32ACP.

I had him help me with my five round test firing of the first batch and it only took the initial three shots to convince him he 'needed' one of them.  He came in immediately, filled out the Form 4473, and three days later (72 hour handgun waiting period in Illinois) walked out with his purchase and a big smile on his face.

The .32ACP CZ83 really is one of the nicest handguns I have fired.  I waited five or six years to find one - if anybody has been considering getting one, jump on in, the water is fine. There may be enough in this latest batch of imports to saturate the market, but I kind of doubt it.  Regardless of what subsequently happens to the pricing on these used pistols, there is certainly some limit to the total quantity available, so be ready to pull the trigger now if you see a good deal on one.

I am putting together another 'group buy' order in the Classifieds Forum.  On every order I have been able to place when I found some with distributors, the price has continued to creep upward.  I cannot find any more Very Good condition .32ACP CZ 83 pistols (I think I could have sold twenty had I been able to get them), so these will be rated Good Condition.  There may be still more in the pipeline, but as I said, if you find a decent deal on a .32ACP CZ83, now may be one of the last chances to get one.

I still see batches of Mosin-Nagant M91/30 rifles come up For Sale but always at higher prices than just a few years ago;  the same thing happens with the 9x18mm CZ82.  No one can accurately predict availability and pricing on surplus firearms going forward, but I believe that will likely be the case on the CZ83 in .32ACP.

I just sold my last CAI 'Good Condition' CZ83 in .32ACP on GunBroker this week.

My distributors all list them as Sold Out.  Search diligently and keep looking - I would check both GunBroker and the CZ Forum Classifieds regularly.  There may still be one listed here now - sometimes you have to go down a couple of pages into the listings.  http://www.czfirearms.us/index.php?board=74.0
