It lines up as an over-under.
Phony in my humble opinion.  If not a phony,  I wouldn't pull the trigger on the "over" pistol with the minimum "depicted" rail connection.

From the short vid I saw, the pistol is meant as a true secondary - you draw it from the brace to use it.

Interesting idea, I suppose, but I bet you feel that beavertail LOL
