All of the CGW tool steel strikers made in the first batch have been shipped. Mine arrives tomorrow and will be installed the minute I receive it. Right now I am running the 3.5 pound HBI striker spring but mighty try the 3 pound spring to lighten the trigger pull a bit. Its 4 pounds 6 ounces now and would like to get it to 4 pounds.

Mine showed up today.  Installed it and did the #2 pencil dryfire test to make sure it worked. It did.

Interesting observation: with the OEM striker installed I?ve noticed as my round count increased there was enough wiggle room that I was able to rotate the striker by about 30 degrees and could induce the dreaded FTRB (not because of the striker plate dipping down but from the striker lever itself hanging up on the frame).  However with the CGW stiker installed I can?t get the striker to rotate.  I?m a happy camper. 

OEM striker is in the parts kit, we?ll see how it goes with the CGW.

That's great news. My CGW striker got delayed a day so I won't get it until tomorrow. Bummer!

After installing CGW's tool steel striker I noticed that it does not rotate like the stock striker did. That fact along with CZ chamfering the bottom of the slide plate cover should eliminate the so called "fatal flaw" for good. With the new CGW striker and changing out the striker spring from 3.5 pounds to 3 pounds, trigger pull now registering 4 pounds 2 ounces down from 4 pounds 6 ounces with the 3.5 pound spring. Could not be happier with my P-10. Last upgrade with be a set of tritium sights. CZ offers a set on their webstore made by XS for $95 and CGW sells a set made by both Dawson and Trijicon for $118.95.  I am leaning towards the latter. Off to the gun range this afternoon to test out the new striker.

Just threw mine in, took all of 2 minutes. I'll put some rounds through it tomorrow morning and report back, though I'm not really expecting any issues with a CGW product. I'm sticking with the stock spring, I like it too much to change.

Just got back from the range. Fired 100 rounds of 124 grain ammo without a single issue. My P-10 performed flawlessly and was even more accurate with the 3 pound striker spring. Target at 7 yards.

CZ Custom makes a replacement striker plate.  But I don?t have one (haven?t felt the need).

Since CZ Warranty Service chamfered my slide plate it does not move at all and feels pretty sturdy to me.

Installed the steel striker on my suppressor ready CZ & put 100 rounds thru it with 0 problems.
I plan on adding the HBI Trigger next.

I would strongly suggest you try HBI's flat, straight trigger and skip the "fanged" version.  OR get the upcoming CGW smooth and gently curved trigger.

The debate over steel vs. MIM continues.

I vote for STEEL.

Even the Glock, "king" of the defensive pistols and "perfect" has been known to break the striker.  Read about it on another forum (a very Glock centric forum) where they turn their noses up at anything but Glock.  One of them started an intensive training class one day and barely into the class his Glock stopped firing.  Broken (MIM) striker.  The owner of that forum is selling tool steel strikers for Glocks.

Money to be made.  Many people won't spend it, some will.  I guess the factories figure they'll make enough money selling guns with parts that occasionally fail because not enough people will pay more for forged parts.

Don't have a P10, but it's good to see folks making them defensive handguns more reliable.

I just keep wasting time and money on other brands trying to find/make one shoot like my P07 and P09.  What is wrong with me?
