I understand completely. My nickel finish with wood grips is such a fine shooter! Bet yours is too.

I tried to get wood grips from the fellow in Hungary.  Sadly, the ones he sent did not fit; and were returned.

That's the nicest looking one I've seen. Mine is pretty worn. I've been debating whether to cerakote it or leave it be.

Nice looking nickel. I presume you?re referring to D. Marschal from Hungary. That?s surprising and unfortunate as he makes some of the best grips for this model. I have several grips from him for the 83 and they have all fit. I have a couple coming from him for some F?Gs and knock on wood, they?ll all fit. You might want to check out Klinsky (Czech) for another wood option. Prestige Grips does carbon fiber and Kevlar versions. Not as elegant but practical. These are Marschals.

Nice looking nickel.

It's actually stainless.  Sure like your grips.  I was very disappointed when the ones I received would not fit.

Are you certain? I've seen a lot of satin nickel CZ83 pistols, but I have never seen one in stainless steel.

It is not electroplated, which it would be if it were nickel finished.
