CGW finishing work
« on: January 11, 2018, 03:04:20 PM »
My apologies if this has been asked and answered already. Has anyone taken before and after pics of a CGW installed package? I have found some really good you-tubes on performing finish work on the SP-01 but was curious to see via pics exactly what cgw does. I am picking up my first SP-01 Tactical Monday. I am debating whether to send in and have the work done or order the package and install myself along with performing the finishing myself based on the info I have found. I am pretty handy and have installed trigger kits and various internal parts on my guns so I feel like I can do it. I certainly don't think it would be as good as a cgw install but would be happy if I could get pretty close.

Thanks in advance.

If you have done the things you mentioned I know for a fact you can do the upgrades on your own.  One thing I always try to tell folks is every ?project? is unique so just be patient and enjoy the results!

Pictures abound throughout this sight.  Search race hammer for example.  Whether done in house, or by yourself they'll appear pretty much the same.  Here is a representative before:
