Hello from Southern CT
« on: February 03, 2018, 03:12:43 PM »
Hello All,

I'm pretty active on the SigTalk forum since I own and shoot many Sigs, but since I have been getting into CZ's as well and shoot them for competition, I figured it was high time to join OCZ and network/learn, maybe even help.  I'm actually a little trepidatious since I certainly don't need any more enabling to spend money!  :P

The CZ's I currently own are a PCR which I carry......

.....an SP-01 Tactical which I am setting up for IDPA/USPA SSP/Production.....

....and a Shadow 2 which is being converted to SAO for plates/steel shoots.

What's funny to me is that I also have Sigs for the equivalent of each of these roles too, but the Czechs have sort of invaded and plundered recently.  So considering how much use these guns get, it's like "what took so long?"  Again, the 'enabling' thing...but at least now I have more of an excuse LOL.

Welcome from central Ohio and nice collection, nice looking grips on the SP-01.

I lived the 80's decade in Bridgeport (school), Stratford (work) and Milford (residence).

I recently rented a Sig P226 to see how it compared to my 75 SP-01 (well, o.k. improved with CJW upgrades). No contest as far as pure target shooting, I think my CZ groupings were half as large as the Sig groupings, but then that's just my experience.
