So this past Dec I bought a SKB/ Ithaca 280, 20 ga SxS. Nice gun, but was a little short length of pull for me.
I used a slip on pad, found I shot poorly.
Decided to get The LOP corrected. Sure enough, my performance on the skeet field improved dramatically. Still pattering a little low and left, so my stock maker made some minor adjustments today.
Will pattern it again tomorrow & try a round of skeet if the weather holds. So far, am impressed what a quality stock maker can do and am enjoying the process thus far.
