CZ-USA, if you bought the gun new, might do it for nothing. Depending on what they say and if they want to charge you for the work, you can also call CZ Custom or CGW to see what they would charage for the work and shipping it back to you. You know they'd all do it right.
The bright part of all of this is that you can just mail the barrel to any of the three using First Class (or Priority) Mail. It should be pretty reasonable.
The Priority Mail flat rate small box, is $7.20, with tracking and $50 insurance. (I just did this with some magazines, and the Flat Rate Envelope might be even less.) If you make the insured value $100 or $200 it'll add several dollars to the total, but would likely still be around $10 or $11.
