The main difference between a standard 75 compact and the shadow compact is an aluminum frame with rail and no firing pin block on the shadow versus the heavier FPB equipped steel frame of the regular 75 compact. The standard 75 compact doesn?t have a rail either. The shadow is basically a manual safety P01 with some nice parts on it. It has a nicer trigger with a shorter reset than the standard steel and aluminum frame compacts due to the different hammer and lack of FPB. The shadow has thin aluminum grips, steel guide rod, original 85 combat trigger, fiber optic front sight with blacked out serrated rear sight, and thin rami style safeties. The shadow compact is the only aluminum frame CZ available with manual safety. The pcr and p01 are aluminum but are available only in decocker form.
