TacSol Custom CZ 512's

Our good friends at Tactical Solutions lightened up a couple of CZ 512's for us to use in NSSF matches. Can't wait to get them out and pound some rounds through them.

Did some work on the trigger of my wife's gun. Started at 4.25lbs and got it down to 2.5lbs. No creep, zero over travel. Runs 100%
Cut the trigger shoe off and re-welded it as far back as possible (she has really small hands)
Trimmed the sear engagement surface on the hammer just a bit.
Drilled hole for trigger spring just shy of stock engagement surface.
Polished all the usual hammer and trigger surfaces.
Trigger is ~1/4" shorter reach now. Actually feels so nice I may cut mine too :-)

No optic mounts yet but I went ahead and function tested both guns with ~300 rounds each. (1) fail to feed and one fail to fire out of 650 rounds total out of both guns. Used a dozen 10-Round mags. Chronographed both guns and even with barrels 4" shorter than stock. the TacSol barrels were only ~10FPS slower. That is amazing! A good start!

Nice work! 999...are there even that many 512s in the US market? [emoji3]. Really like the CZ 512 Tactical version; don?t think the 512 models get the attention they deserve.

Those stocks are nice.

Im looking for a stock for my 512 wmr

Kind of tired of the tacticool ATI kit and want that regular rifle look for a change
