Decocker Removal SP-01
« on: March 30, 2018, 09:29:16 AM »
I just got a new SP-01 Tactical yesterday, and being new to CZ, I had a few quick questions.

*I don't like/need the right side decocker; can CZC/CGW etc. remove it?

*the trigger isn't comfortable for me, due to the very end of it digging into my finger. What are my options for a trigger with less of a curve? Does the 85 Combat trigger work on a decocker pistol?

So far, I really like it.

I would recommend calling Cajun Gun Works. They are a great shop, can recommend what you need, suggest the parts to but, or take your gun for mods.

The right side decocker lever can be be removed. Then some people cut the stem back and use cold blue. I left the stem protruding on mine as it doesn?t bother me. But that lever had to go. [emoji6]

This trigger from CGW is probably what you are searching for. It has less curve and is the most comfortable trigger for me. I have replaced all of my double action guns with one of these plus it has the pre and over travel set screws if you want them.

Titus66,
I had the exact same trigger problem with the stock trigger. The 85C trigger cured it 100% for me.

Thanks guys. The 85C trigger is what I'm going with.
