If you're in a rush order a Trijicon RMR and 1911 adapter plate and send it over. http://primarymachine.com/cz-75-85-1911-mill-for-rmr-using-trijicon-1911-adaptor/

That looks like a very clean set-up for a 75 Full or Compact. Only question/concern is what height front sight would lower 1/3 co-witness correctly?
90% of people are using the CZ front that comes on the suppressor ready models. Haven't been able to see how the POA/POI is yet, but it must be pretty bleep close since I haven't heard anything and we've done a few dozen of them that way now.

The Trijicon plate with the attached tritium rear iron is a great solution for 75's.
You're undoubtedly right about the CZ SR front, but would love to have someone who has this set-up confirm POA/POI.
I believe the shorter barrel compacts would require a slightly different front than full size 75's due to slightly different barrel tilt at lockup.

I have a CZ-75 #2 p/n 0421070016 front on hand that measures .347 top to surface of slide.  Of course with RDS as your main sight; it's only a BUIS but IMO for defensive purposes it should be as close as possible. For target or sport it is probably unnecessary anyhow.

I suppose worst case if it's off a bit; Dawson could custom make one for you if they don't already offer the correct height.  Dawson is very accommodating if you're patient.

Did you mention what finish you went with on the slide??
Graphite Black.  With the urban gray frame and the black Talon grip, I thought it would look good.

Great Choice! I'll bet it will look stunning.
I've come to really appreciate the overall shoot-ability of the P-07. Absolutely stone reliable; on par or better than my Glock 17 G4, with greater accuracy and better ergonomics. And now with RDS, it's become my overall fave. It took me a while to get used to the decocker compared to my RAMI BD, P-01, SP-01 Tactical; but after several thousand flawless rounds the stiffness smoothed out and it's now easy to flick down with my strong-hand thumb. Ditto with trigger; smoothed out beautifully.
The Graphite Black cerakoting looks fabulous!  Very Very pleased!

Primary Machine is about as solid as they come!  They milled my P07 and cerakoted the slide on my P80 build...both were top knotch and their turnaround time are unmatched.

Everyone said there is a learning curve. I guess the first lesson learned is to take the adjustment tools, LOL. I was grouping fairly good, just shooting low left. It did give me a chance to see where the front sight is in relation to the two rear locking marks. They actually make a good emergency rear sight. Just a little low. I'll take the tools on the next trip.

Your set up mirrors mine, although mine is with a RMR.

You can just use the glass window as a big ghost ring with your front sight, and still get good hits out to 25 meters. Not bulleye groups but a group good enough for real life encounters.

Yes but the Viper has two locking screws in the back and they really work well as rear sights as long as you know where they are in relation to the front.

I had a lunch meeting yesterday with a 17 year vet of an American Tier 1 unit, after lunch I showed him my P07 with RMR that had CGW magic done on it.

He will be buying a P07 in the near future and getting it with the same set up.

So it was a great day, good food and beer, spread CZ love, and a JV between a USA company made up of Tier 1 guys and my company made up with Mossad and Tier 1 Israeli lads.
