P07 loaded chamber indicator

Hello all,
New to the CZ P07 and just wondered if anyone has a 2018 model and has the LCI on the extractor ? I read an old thread on from last year and it seems the 2017 models did have one, a fairly small round piece at the rear end of the extractor would protrude with one in the chamber. I know you can see the case through the ejector port but at night it seems like it would be a nice feature. Of course always assume a firearm is loaded and hot unless you unloaded it works fine as well.

My 2017 P-07 has the LCI. My 2016 does not

I had read exactly that but mine doesn't so I guess 2018 they did away with it. I would guess if someone wanted it you could get a 2017 extractor and change it out, unless it would fit for some reason.

I have 2016 without and a 2017 with. Really never notice it unless looking for it.

My FDE 2017 2016 does not have the LCI but my ODG 2018 does have the LCI.

Interesting. Maybe it's just hit or miss, or the ODG all come with it. Wouldn't think that would make a difference other then the color.

I had a TYPO.....my FDE is a 2016 and does not have the LCI.....now THAT makes more sense.  I corrected my above post that initially had my FDE as 2017.....sorry about that.

Do any of you know if the 2 different ones are interchangeable? It's not a big issue as I always assume one in the chamber unless unload it, but wouldn't mind having it if I had the choice.

My plain black 2017 model has the protruding chamber indicator. I really don't like the look of it on an otherwise completely blued slide.I'd gladly swap extractors with you if it could be done without complications.

Thanks guys. Seems strange. Here is my 2018 and the extractor is different and doesn't have it. Sorry about the crap pic, way to big and didn't have time to resize at the moment
