Best CZ carry guns

I've got a P-01.  I wanted a PCR, but back when I was looking didn't find aftermarket rear sights that I liked.  If I was going to do it again today I'd go PCR...and then put all the custom goodies in it that I like.

I think the CZ P-01 ? Convertible (Omega): 91229 is the best option!  It?s alloy frame makes its nice as carry option? Not too heavy. Most people Have not seen one of these? Or they just seen the version with threaded barrel and high sides. The one I?m talking about has a regular barrel and is black. Hard to find, but a great P01 variant.

Honestly, I would lean the same direction you are if I was not left handed but, in addition to the PO1 omega being ambidextrous it also has a simpler/ smoother designed trigger imo ... with that said I do like the regular PO 1 decocker?s ridged trigger feel.

PO1 if you want a rail and PCR if you don't. I've carried a PCR for about 17 years. I think that it is the near perfect pistol.

Such a subjective decision. I have friends who swear that weight is not an issue for them and carry all steel. I myself love my PCR for carry but have finally paid off my 41 on layaway and hope to have it by the weekend . It?s heavier but I?ll try it. Carried my SP-01 winter before last quite a bit but keep going back to the PCR, plus I?ve done so many matches with it, I KNOW I can shoot it pretty well and definitely trust it to go bang on command

P-07. Light and compact. Nice trigger IMO. Very accurate for me. Very concealable.

If not P-07, then P-01 or PCR.

I have a CZ 75B steel compact that I like for carry and range use. Fine little pistol!

I am extremely happy carrying IWB with my P-07. Ive carried shields,G26,G43 and a compact Sig 320. The P-07 is just a little more bulkier, but far more comfortable to shoot than any of the others.

I can?t compare to a P-01 though, which I?m sure is outstanding.

It was a really hard decision for me between the PCR and the P01. The rail is nice, but it is a bit extra weight and I probably wouldn't use it (I never did anything with my sp01 rail). But I ended up with the P01 because the LCI on the PCR was so ugly, and I decided I'd still want the option of the rail for a light if I decide to have it as a bedstand gun.

So far I am really enjoying my P01.

I bought my PCR in 2000, and have been carrying it ever since.  None better IMHO.  I don't need a light rail on a gun, and back then the P-01 was not out yet anyway.  Either will do though.
