I have an early release CZ P10c that has run flawlessly for coming up on 2000 rounds. I never had the slide cover issue, but my slide cover does move down slightly, not enough to hang up, but there is some movement.
I decided to try spraying the edges of the slide cover with one of those flexible rubber coating sprays they advertise to plug up leaks. I blue taped the slide cover, put it on top of 9mm casing, and sprayed only the sides of the slide cover. When it dried, it was too thick to put back into the slide. So I shaved a little rubber coating off with my knife and achieved a nice tight fit. No slide cover movement at all. I shot 100 rounds with no movement. My striker assembly didn't rotate but would wiggle. It is rock solid right now. I have been stumped on how to tighten the slide cover so I thought I would share my solution.
By the way, that is a freshly milled slide and cerakote by Primary Machine. Great work! This is my Louisiana special CZ P10c -- Cajun Gun Works internals and external work done by Primary Machine.
