It's all back together and the Ultra Lite kit makes it a great trigger.  May go to the range this afternoon.

Nice work Mike!

I hope at some point I feel ready to tackle a disassembly, Cajun upgrade and polish, reassembly. I'm very mechanical and field striping is a breeze; but I can bearly see those darn little springs and rollers, never mind getting 'em back in the right place! LOL
I purchased the CZ Armorer's Manuals for my P-07/09 and CZ 75's but I'm waiting for something to break (if it ain't broke don't fix it!) to encourage me to plunge in.
Darn. Shot over 20K rounds in last 12 months and nothing's broke yet!

Thanks. The P-07 and P-09 are simple compared to the SP-01 decocker model.  I can almost do them in my sleep. LOL.  That sear cage is a real booger, but patience is what you have to have.  The sear cage assembly is the only real problem though.
The P-07/09 decocker spring is a piece of cake after you've done it a time or two.  Trick is to notch a very small screwdriver to catch the spring.  Good luck!

Thanks Mike,
I'm probably going to tackle my P-09 soon. There's a slight 'hitch' 1/2 way through trigger pull that's not going away by just shooting and dry-firing with an o-ring under the hammer. I know sometimes there can be a rub between hammer and frame but can't see anywhere that it's rubbing.
So, time to polish and Cajunize. Thanks for the tip on notching a small screwdriver to hook in the spring. I used a similar solution replacing a spring on my Mossberg. The Armorer's Manual are OK, but always helps learning the 'tricks' from someone who's done it.  -Vinny

I also found that if you hook the spring while you still have the decocker in the up postion and almost together, and then rotate it down and snap it together it makes it much easier than trying to hook it after it is in the down position.  Also bend the trigger bar spring down about an 1/8th inch.  It will smooth out double action a lot.

Excellent Thread!
I probably won't get to it until after Summer Vacation, but I've got a plan now!
