Reasons NOT to buy a P-09?

I thought I would stop with the P-07, but no...

Before that it was supposed to stop with the PCR.

You see where this is leading. :'(

In some ways living a state that WON"T allow you to buy just anything sometimes works in my favor.  I'd love a P-07 and a P-09, but they are not on the CA roster.  It does keep me in check, almost.

The only CZ I?ve ever parted with was a P09, had the UG suppressor model. It?s a BIG gun , didn?t like the ?feel?, ..just felt klunky to me. So it spent most of the time in the safe. I?m more if a fan of metal guns opposed to plastic. But I love my P07, ..so much I bought the P09 without ever handling one. Not trying to steer you away from the P09 or anything , just thought I?d share.

Buying a Suppressor-Ready black P-09 made me realize just how much I LOVE my two P-07's. I have medium-size hands and they just feel and shoot perfectly for me. But, for a full-size gun; it's hard to beat a P-09 in terms of accuracy, capacity, and reliability.  You do NEED at least one of each!

It feels heavy when compared to my phantom but the 19 rd standard mags are nice. Expensive mags when compared to standard 75 model mags.

I received my P09 as a gift from a friend, so I will not part with it.

Now the truth is since getting my Cajun P07, I haven't shot my P09 even once. The CGW P07 is the best  pistol as of now.

The P-09 was my first CZ but had to be sacrificed to get get non polymer czs.  75b omega, SP-01, SP-01 compact...  I still want a a P-09! shot so well and never had an issue with it.

It's a bit of CZ sleeper and I don't know why it doesn't get more notice :)   Definitely one of my favorite czs and at the price its an absolute bargain.

So sorry.... I do not have a reason. ::)

You will not regret it, that is for sure.   It is a big gun yes, but that is why it is my nightstand + range buddy.    I could not be happier with mine and it is by far my favorite pistol I own (with a little/lot of help from CGW).         That picture of the p09 and p07 pair just made me tingle a little bit... in a good way.     

I do not have a p07 because I settled on the p09 to fill the HD job better.   I already have a g19 that is my carry and could not justify getting another of the same(ish) size...yet.

Have owned and/or shot many Shadows, Shadow 2's, etc etc...still something about a P-09 you can't get away from. Just a great handling, soft shooting gun.
