Undecided between 75 Compact and P01

Which is better for all around?  Have shot Compact but never held P01. Any advice!

PCR is my EDC. I don't really need the rail. I love shooting the PCR a lot

I carry/shoot only thumb safety models.

I daily carry a modified CZ75 Compact.  I like it a lot.

But, I have a couple P01 Omegas (with safeties installed) and one of them (the black one) is going to be my EDC 9MM.  There shouldn't be a difference in holding a CZ75 Compact or a P01, but for me there is.  It's got to be those vertical grooves in the front/back of the grip frame on the P01 that calls me to it.  There's something different about grabbing the P01 and that's got to be it.  It just feels better in my hand than the other metal framed CZ's I own/shoot.

The decocker models, if that's the direction you lean, still have those grooves in the frame.  Try to find one of each to look at, hold in your hand and see what you think.

I failed to mention that I already own and plan to keep the PCR. I guess the features I really like are manual safety, smooth trigger surface, straight or upswept beaver tail and frt/back grip texture not picky on that. Which if any have those features?  Thanks for your help!!

Mine doesn't. I can't seem to find a pic of a P01 with an upswept beavertail like on a full size 75SA or stainless or SP01 or Shadow 2.
